If your child needs to check out a laptop and/or WiFi Hotspot for distance learning, you can request those items when you sign up to collect student materials next week (August 18th, 19th and 20th).
However, there is a limited supply of technology for students, so please only request those items if you absolutely need them. Please read this update from Lincoln about technology availability:
Technology Update Thursday August 13th:
While we do have some tech for students who need it, we do not have a device for every child. If your child has a reliable working computer at home that they can utilize for the full school day, please do not request a computer. If you have internet access at home, please do not request a wifi hotspot. We really want the wifi hotspots to go to those families that have no home internet access.
If you’ve made a tech request but you don’t have an urgent need, please edit your Signup Genius request by going to your confirmation email, clicking “edit sign-up.” Then unselect the laptop and/or hot spot request and confirm your change.
