Does your student love creative writing and chocolate?

Please note: these are not official Lincoln or SMMUSD resources, but items parents are sharing with parents.  Please have your child check Google Classroom for their official work from their teacher.

If your middle school student loves creative writing and chocolate then this creative writing contest might be for them!

Every week, staffing agency, Recruiting for Good, is sponsoring The Sweetest Creative Writing Contest for Middle School Students in LA. Here’s how it works:

1.            Kids simply answer, “What you love most about your mom, and why?” (the entries must be hand scripted, and should be two sentences, no-typed entries).

2.            Parents take picture of entry and email it to Sara@RecruitingforGood.com (include kid’s first name, grade, and school they attend).

3.            The most inspirational entry every week wins a 4-Piece Ballotin Belgian Chocolate Box (from KC Chocolatier in Santa Monica).
