In collaboration with LA County’s Department of Mental Health and Office of Education, 211 LA is providing outreach, and is connecting families with the resources they need, in efforts to increase families’ resilience, engagement and school attendance and connectedness.
211 LA can help with:
- Food & Nutrition Assistance
- Housing Assistance
- Eviction Protection & Legal Services
- Youth & Parenting Resources
- Health & Mental Health Services
- Discounted Utility & Internet
- COVID-19 Testing & Resources
211 LA’s program includes a live hotline (call 2-1-1) and online services so that individuals are connected with the information and services they need.

Did you know that SMMUSD is offering an information workshop for families AND those working with families to learn about the community resources available through 211 LA County?
There will be two sessions offered by language:
English session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 from 5-6pm via zoom.
Spanish session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 6:30-7:30pm via zoom.
