Below is a list of changes made to the LMS PTSA Bylaws that have been submitted and approved by CAPTA. The changes also result in a change to our quorum. Once adopted, our executive board meetings will require a quorum of 10 (up one, from nine), and our general PTSA meetings will need a quorum of 17 (down three, from 20).
These changes were presented at the LMS PTSA General meeting on April 15th. The vote to adopt these changes is scheduled for May 27th, 2021.
