Join us for an exciting morning of activities and talks about self-confidence, friendship, open-mindedness, and respect focusing on how our leadership and ideas can impact our world. Then work together on a special Halloween service project benefitting the kids of A Place Called Home.
This fun Marymount student-led event will spark deep discussions and enable you to create new and meaningful connections with middle-school girls from across Los Angeles. You will leave feeling inspired and empowered…and with a few new friends!

Who: Girls currently in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
When: Saturday, October 23. 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Where: Marymount High School
Cost: $15 (includes snacks, lunch, and a t-shirt)
Parents are invited to a Thought Talk (9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.)
What makes teens tick? It’s not just the hormones! Join Jacqueline Landry, Head of School for Marymount High School, to learn the latest thinking about what’s going on with teenagers, specifically the science around brain development which impacts emotions, risk taking, peer pressure and their relationship with technology. Join us for this illuminating and important conversation.
