LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!
It’s time to CELEBRATE our graduating 8th graders with a BIG BASH. Let’s make this DANCE PARTY one they will never forget! There’s a lot to look forward to with a DJ, PHOTO BOOTH, fresh hot MINI DONUTS, a delicious selection of crafted SLIDERS and fresh-out-of-the fryer FRENCH FRIES! The cafeteria will be transformed to be a celebratory venue for our 8th graders to create magical and lasting memories together. Special thanks to the amazing custom menu from our very own Lincoln parent at Vucacious Catering, serving beef, chicken, veggie sliders and hot french fries!
For a SUCCESSFUL event, WE NEED YOU! Below are the volunteer opportunities to play YOUR part to make the magic happen.
8TH GRADE PARENTS: Strength and physical assistance is needed to arrange tables on the lawn and other large items. Creative and crafty persons, and many helpful hands are needed for decorating. The more hands and help we have, the more smoothly this day will go.
– Thursday, 6/1 – party prep 1pm-3pm
– Friday, 06/02 – set up from 1:30pm-6:45pm and clean up from 9:30pm-11:30pm (or until done)

6th/7th GRADE PARENTS – this is a unique opportunity to glimpse into your student’s future Lincoln experience by being one of the chaperones for this party. Your volunteering opportunities include options to help with prep and clean-up, but most importantly we need CHAPERONES from 7:00pm-9:30pm during the dance… the 8th graders clearly don’t want their parents around embarrassing them!
